Module 3.1 Problem

So I've tried answering these fill in the blanks every way possible but it won't let me progress. I can't think of any other way to answer this please help

    Hi Melanie,

    I'm now at Activity 1 - Identify issues and provide solutions page and I tested to see if there's a technical issue in that particular Fill in the blank quiz. I see there is none as I've successfully completed the quiz. Refer to the screenshot below.

    Please do try again. When you're able to complete the quiz but you feel there's an incorrect detail in any of the questions, please let the course facilitator know as it would then be a course-specific and content-related query.
