Profile image, I have tried multiple time to upload the profile image but always receive the below message. Can someone help please?

    Hi, thanks for getting in touch. Could you please let us know the file type and the file size of the image you're trying to upload? Also, could you please try uploading it using a different device or different mobile OS and see if that will solve the issue? Please let us know how it goes.
