Pending for upload file for so long

pending

I am taking the course "Hemah Bicara Hemat Belanja"  and somehow it pending more than an hour for upload file in the Modul 1: Mencapai Matlamat (Menilai Kedudukan). Therefore , I can't  complete the modul due to unable upload the file. tq

    Hi there! Sometimes this issue occurs because the file widget is set to only accept certain file types. Could you please tell me which page the issue is occurring on? I'll take a closer look at the problem.
