I cannot open UUM MOOC

Hello, Can I know why I cannot access UUM MOOC ??? I can't create a new account either because I have email in my existing account. All my other friends have access, but I can't ... I need immediate help because my lecturer has given me the assignment to finish. Please help anyone who knows what to do to get access to UUM MOOC. Thank you in advance.
