"No files have been uploaded yet" after uploading and can not complete the task
The bug is from the page:
"https://www.openlearning.com/progress/?course=unswglobal/courses/ueec10-term-10-2021-term-1-2022&student=guanhuapeng-r2lcp3"
We finished the task but it noted us that we haven't finished. Then we found there is a "No files have been uploaded yet" even our files are there.
