  It looks like the course is closed for access (30th June 2020) so you will not be able to access it any longer.
  
  As this is run by AKPK, I would suggest that you contact them directly regarding the access to the course as they have moved to a different platform:

Hi, I've got some problem to join the RUMAHKU's course. Even after i have registered my account using my NRIC, the status ''sign in failed'' always come out. What should i do next?
