    We managed to locate your course and tested downloading the certificate from your progress page. Everything appears to be working correctly on our end, as we couldn't replicate the issue.

    Could you please try downloading it again from your Credentials tab on your Profile page or Progress page?

    If it still doesn't work, please try these quick steps:

    • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
    • Use a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
    • Switch to Incognito mode.
    • Try downloading from another device.
