Certificate error
Good day. I have successfully completed the Introduction to AI Literacy and Responsible Use course, and my OpenLearning Progress page shows that my Certificate of Completion has been awarded. However, when I click “Download credential,” the link redirects to an OpenLearning page showing HTTP ERROR 404 (Page Not Found).
May I kindly request your assistance in making my certificate available for download or reissuing the certificate?

Thanks for reporting this! We tested the certificate download on our end, and while it took a few moments to load, the download was successful.
Since the page is hanging for you, it may be due to a browser caching issue. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
Open the link in a Private / Incognito window.
Try using a different browser (like Chrome, Firefox or Edge).
Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
You can also download your certificates from here.
Kindly let us know if you still run into trouble after trying these steps and send an email with the screenshot of the error to support@openlearning.com.
