ERROR IN CERTIFICATE DOWNLOAD

I'm already done with the course yet when I try to download the certificate, it downloads but inside the pdf only says "internal server error'. I already tried doing it a couple of times yet it's still the same, pls fix this ASAP as I need the certificate as our class attendance for today. I would be absent if I can't present it to our instrutors.

    Thanks for reporting this! We tested the certificate download on our end, and while it took a few moments to load, the download was successful.

    Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    • Open the link in a Private / Incognito window.

    • Try using a different browser (like Chrome, Firefox or Edge).

    • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
