certificate issue

i have logged in with facebook account and finish all the tasks and have my credentials but in my certificate it only shows internal server error. hope it will be fixed soon or hoping that someone can help my regards.

    Thanks for reporting this! We tested the certificate download on our end, and while it took a few moments to load, the download was successful.

    Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    • Open the link in a Private / Incognito window.

    • Try using a different browser (like Chrome, Firefox or Edge).

    • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.

    You can also download your certificates from here. 

    Kindly let us know if you still run into trouble after trying these steps and send an email with the screenshot of the error to support@openlearning.com.
