Rajasthan Royals SEFM certification issue
Good afternoon sir/mam
I am Rohit Pandey from India , I enrolled in a sport events and facilities management course launched by Rajasthan Royals along with Deakin University.
I have completed my course but my certificate is not available for view or download as it is still showing it to be incomplete with 99% done . I checked for the problem and it shows that module 1.3 is incomplete as the video link provided there is not working and due to that the certification is getting delayed.
Not just me but many other are facing the same problem. Please consider this problem and try to resolve it soon so we could get the certificate for our hard work we have put in. I will be highly obliged if you kindly do the needful.

Upon checking the course, we have found the problem and reached out to the course admin. We hope it will be fixed shortly. -
Hi ROHIT PANDEY , thanks for your patience. The video has now been fixed by the course provider, kindly review the page again with the updated video and you should be able to complete it.
