Videos disabled on UNIMAS course of ICT Competency
Hi! My name is Nicholas and I'm enrolled in the ICT competency class from UNIMAS but some videos are disabled and I can't complete the module in order to finish the course. Could you please fix the problem?
The second problem is that I finished with 100% the Charles Sturt University course on Virtual Reality and I haven't got the certification. Could please help solve this problem too?

I already sent it two weeks and nothing happened. Moreover, I've encountered the same problem in another course recently. Again, because of a single video I can't finish the course and get my certificate. I've contacted the support from OpenLearning, but nothing happened. This kind of behaviour produces serious damages to my state of mind. Please solve the problems.
