Please, I am Audu Habu, I can not access my videos for module 2 Bahasa course, what do I do?

I tried assessing the video in the learning activities section but it says "The media play back was aborted to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser did not support "

  ;Check your Internet connection
  ;Delete cookies, cache and browsing history
  ;Disable all plugins on your browser
  ;Restart the browser
