Unable to complete quiz

Total number of questions only have 15 questions, but don't know why my quiz is stuck on 15/16.

    Hi again! After some more testing, I was able to complete the quiz.

     

    Some questions require you to choose more than 1 answer. It seems you have missed one of those.

     

    Oh and there is 16 "sections" because the text counts also - but that is marked as done as soon as you view it.
