Stuck on activity

Hi, I'm undertaking the Dying2Learn course and appear to be stuck on Activity 4.2 (Module 4). Despite responding to the activity several times, and submitting and posting, it returns me to the same screen with a request to complete the question. Please advise asap. Thanks, Karen

    Sorry to hear you've been having issues completing one of the pages.

    Is this the page you are referring to:

    I see that you have done Activity 4.2, so that's all good.

    Can you please check 4.1 again?

    You should choose one of the options in each line for Activity 4.1 (all 10 questions)

    If you miss just one, the page will not be complete.

    Please also make sure you click on Submit.
