Account doesn't have permission to access Taylor's University

It consisted of 14 chapters and I have completed 8 till yesterday it was going smoothly and today it is not opening and it shows please contact your Taylor's University administrator with your account details,now how to contact?

      Chris brother can you please let me know from which course site you have done this course because I was doing it from "open learning" and from "open learning" it doesn't provide any certificate so please let me know your course site so that I can also do the course from the same site and get the certificate,thank you
