Progress struck

My progress is struck at 3/4 but I finished watching all my videos how can I resolve it

      It looks like one issue is a tracking issue on the page. We will contact your course admin and ask them to remove it.

      The other issue seems to be that you missed one activity on the page.

      Please make sure you:

      1) Read through all of the course content and file widgets from top to bottom.

      2) Watch all 4 videos all the way to the end

      3) Complete the crossword activity and click "check answers". Your answers must all be correct in order to gain progress.

      Please double check that you have completed all of these activities. You should be able to receive 7/8 progress on this page.

      Once your admin fixes the final issue, you will have the whole page complete :)

      We will update you when that happens.

    im still having the same issue last time is was fixed but only for a day now ive review all my videos and slides twice and still the progress is not completed please advise

      Which course is it again now and which part of the course, please? We recall you had similar issues with 2 separate courses previously.
