Request for Manual Certificate Issuance – UNESCO BGK002

Dear Support Team / Course Facilitators,

I hope this email finds you well.

I have completed the course UNESCO BGK002: Understanding Learners and Adapting Teaching: Differentiated Teaching and Learning. My progress page shows 100% course completion and a passing grade of 91% (exceeding the required 80% passing threshold).

However, the certificate does not yet appear under my profile's "My Certificates" tab or on my progress page.

Could you please assist in issuing or generating my official certificate of completion?
