Unable To Download Certificate

Hi, for your information, I already complete English As A Instructional Language For Preschool Teacher Level 3. But I unable to download my certificate. When I click the Download button, it came out the page can't be found. Can you help me?

    I’ve tested the certificate download and I was able to replicate the same error.
