       Hello Sir,

      I have completed all the modules in the 5G Technology Fundamental course. However, I encountered a recurring issue, especially with the fill-in-the-blank questions. There were questions where I submitted until I reached the submission limit, yet the answers were marked wrong due to the system not recognizing/correctly accepting the provided answer. Almost all the fill-in-the-blank questions had the same problem, resulting in my progress reaching only 81%, preventing me from obtaining the certificate. I seek your assistance.

      Could you please try to log out to clear your current session? After that please log in, delete the current answer, and then try to fill in the answer again.

      Please let me know if this still doesn't resolve it.

      After further investigation, we found there is an extra space in the key answer, therefore, it doesn't accept the correct answer. We will contact the course provider to make the changes and once this is resolved, we will update you again via email.
