My Progress bar does not show in Safari and Firefox
In OL v.2 courses that are in institutions and not in institutions the "My Progress" bar is not showing in Safari and Firefox browsers.
In Chrome, a user can visit the My Progress page. If the My Progress URL is copied and pasted in Safari or Firefox, a user can visit the page.
