Paying for PD

I am trying to enroll for another PD session and I am asked to pay to enroll. As a member I dont need to pay. I have logged in through Class Cover twice but still no luck. Please help!

    Hi Denise!

     

    Please follow these steps to hopefully fix this issue:

    -Log out on both ClassCover and Open Learning
    -Check your email for a validation email.
    -Once it has been validated, login via the RTA.
    -Try to access courses.

    Hopefully, by this time, you should be able to access the courses without asking for a fee.

    Let me know if this works out.
