You can use outcome tags to link course content, activities, and learners' posts to the course outcomes.

1. You can tag a page with a learning outcome. Page tags can indicate to learners that the content and activities on the page are related to a particular learning outcome. 

 Furthermore, the tags will automatically be attached to any posts made by learners from any activity on this page. These tags are invisible but can be used by the assessment system. Learn more about assessment

Below shows the assessment system making use of tagged posts, to collect and display learner's work that is relevant to a particular learning outcome.

You can also set outcome tags on a specific activity widget instead of an entire page. These tags will automatically be attached to any posts made from this activity.

Outcome tags can also be added to widgets and pages after learners have already posted and will appear on their posts retrospectively.
