How do I use learning outcome tags?
You can use outcome tags to link course content, activities, and learners' posts to the course outcomes.
Make sure you have already set up learning outcomes and shorthand tags for each outcome. Learn more about outcomes

You can tag learning outcomes to relevant content and activities using the method below:
Page tagging
You can tag a page with a learning outcome. Page tags can indicate to learners that the content and activities on the page are related to a particular learning outcome.

Posting widget tagging
You can also set outcome tags on a specific posting widget instead of an entire page. These tags will automatically be attached to any posts made from this activity. To learn how to set up, see this article.

Furthermore, the tags will automatically be attached to any posts made by learners from any activity on this page. These tags are invisible but can be used by the Grade item-Outcomes report. Learn more about the Outcomes report.
Below shows the Grade item-Outcomes report making use of tagged posts to collect and display learners' work that is relevant to a particular learning outcome.

Quiz tagging
You can add outcome tags for each question in the Question widget-Alignment tab.

Protip: Outcome tags can also be added to widgets and pages after learners have already posted and will appear on their posts retrospectively.
