Before I joined the course of Introductory Japanese Language Level 1 1https://www.openlearning.com/courses/introductory-japanese-language-level ,it offer the certificate of completion of the course. But as I have finished the course, I find out there are no certificate in my profile. So, I managed to check the page info of the course. I find out there are no offer of certification at the page info. I felt so disappointed due to this untold changes but I really hope I can get the certificate because it is important to me. Or are there any step that I have to do in order to access the certificate? I need clarification on this as soon as possible.
