I’ve completed my all chapters and assignments but I’m facing an issue in chapter 7 link 5 the video is not opening. Due to which I’m not able to get the certificate. Even though I have completed 99%.

Kindly look in this matter and help me please

  As you can see the Link 5 Food Recall is not done because video is not opening and 99% is my overall process 1% is lacking due to video issue

  Vinita Rawat Hi Vinita, good day. I checked the course activity and was able to complete it, as the video is now playing just fine.
  
  If the issue persists on your end, I suggest using a different browser as the issue might be caused by several factors (extension blocking video playback), browser cache, etc.
