Understanding Ageing - survey problem
I have just completed the Understanding Ageing course. In order to receive a certificate of completion you must complete a course survey. I am unable to read it as it does not seem to be loading properly. Very frustrating!

Hi Natalie, thanks for reaching out. Can you complete the survey on a computer? If not and you are on a mobile device, kindly view the course in Desktop view. If you are using the mobile version of Google Chrome, tap on the 3-dot icon and tap on Desktop Site/Desktop View to view the survey page in Desktop view. Let me know how it goes. Thank you.

Hello, I have been using a desktop the entire time for this course, and Desktop Chrome. I have had no problems until I came to the survey. I have just tried again after closing the tab and restarting. Still experiencing problems. What I can see is one line of text for the survey. Unable to read it but can scroll through to the end and the submit button works. However, as i cannot read or answer the questions I cannot submit a completed survey.

As per the screen shot below, you can see illegible text below the instructions - that is the survey. I cannot expand it

Hi Natalie, it seems you have the page zoomed out. Can you reset the page zoom by clicking on the magnifying glass icon beside the Star (favorite/bookmark) icon and click on reset, and then refresh the page to see if it resolves the issue. Let me know how it goes. Thank you.

hello, I have done as you have advised, and reset the screen, and the problem remains as before, No change - I still cannot access the survey.
