Problem in getting Facial identity check

The website is not able to capture a video of mine for facial verification and, thus i am not able to access my open learning account.

    I tried several times but nothing happens, the browser doesn't record anything.

      Also, can you make another video? It's not really clear what happens after you click the red button. The video ends there.

      Rohit Dabas Thank you for the video, very helpful. Unfortunately, I'm not able to replicate the issue you're having. Can you tell me which phone do you have? Is it iPhone or Android, and which version of the OS?

      I'll be sure to pass the information to our dev team to look into further.

       

      In the mean time, do you have another device you could do the facial recognition check on? A laptop perhaps?

    I am still not able to use it on my iOS devices but it worked on an android.
