PROBLEM PROCESSING ENROLLMENT

Hello there .I am having problem to enrolled for the third micro-credential.This time when I click Join Now I get a pop up message stating there is problem processing my enrollment. Looking forward to fix this. Thank you.

    It turns out this course has a pre-requisite: https://www.openlearning.com/learning4life/courses/instructional-design-models/

    This means that you have to complete that course first, only then you can enrol in this one.

    Thank you . but i already completed the second course and already get the certificate.Besides, when i click to join now it stated that i need to log in first and it said that my password and email didn't match .What should i do ? Thank you .
