Certificate

I have completed the Infection Prevention Control Course and it shows the course is complete. But I have been waiting for 3 hours but it is still showing that "The course coordinator will issue you a certificate once you have completed the course". Help

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    The status of your certificate is "pending." This means that your course administrator still needs review your work and issue your certificate manually. We recommend contacting your course admins directly. You can do so by commenting in the course or sending them a message on their profile page. If you have their email address you may contact them there as well.

       It's okay. I can assist you. Please share the course URL with us so we can check who the course owner is and their contact details.
