Issue with system error message
Hi, I’m having an issue with the system. I keep getting this error message:
“Something went wrong... An error has occurred and the support team has been notified”
I’ve tried again a few times, but it’s still not working. Could you please have a look?

What action were you trying to take right before the error appeared (e.g., logging in, submitting a form, uploading a file)?
Which page or section of the platform were you on?
If possible, could you send a screenshot of the full page where the error happened?
