I am unable to complete the entire learning process because I am unable to open a video

In OpenLearning, for my UEEC course, there is a video in Activity 8 of the Reference Academic Sources section in the Information Literature section of Unit 1 that cannot be opened. It needs to be viewed through a hyperlink, but I am unable to complete the entire learning process because I am unable to open it. Can you give me a solution?
