I Can't complete my course even though i have done all activities

Hi Karen.
My name is Msizi Isaac Manashe,  currently studying a Child and Adolescent mental health  with your institution.  The issue I am having is that I have done all the Actities but still when I check my course progress it says there is still an uncompleted activity [ Supporting Holistic Health in childhood and adolescents].
I've rechecked everything and can't seem to find the incomplete activity on that section. So my progress is just stuck at 93% and not sure what else to do.  Please check what might be the problem, as I've completed everything,  maybe it technical issues on the system.  Please help.

    Hi Karen,  I'm just doing a follow-up regarding the issue that I had brought into your attention, if maybe you have any knowledge as to when would it be resolved. 

    Today I logged in and still there's no further shift from that 93% where it stuck. I have verified once more and there's no activity that I have not gone through. I hope to have this rectified soon, thus I can enroll for another course.

    Thanks for the feedback and resolving the technical glitches.

    I have tried to refresh the page but now it says the course that I'm enrolled in are currently unavailable.

      Seems that the course was turned offline by the course staff. I'm confirming with them if this is intentional or if they're planning to turn it online again soon. Once I hear back from them, I'll update you again.

    Thanks,  I'd truly appreciate 🙏.  Can't wait to have my certificate,  which is crucial for me as in our facility we've just been licensed to admit adolescents.  So as a unit Manager this would be a motivation for my subordinates

      Thank you for sorting out problems I was experiencing with my course. 

      I'm glad to have received my certificate, however I still need to have my course Transcripts. Please assist in that regard.
