Unable to join the Malay as a Foreign Language course

When attempting to join the Malay as a Foreign Language course, I get to https://www.openlearning.com/courses/enrol/, and answer that I am not studying at a Malaysian university. When I select "No," the page simply reloads. Are students outside Malaysia unable to join the course?

      Sally Smith Hi Sally! It seems there is a way to join the course after all. After selecting your answer for question 1, type "n/a" into the box asking for the name of your university. Afterwards, you should be able to enter the course.
