How to feature a course? How do I make a course appear on the institution's landing page? How do I enable the “your courses” for learners?

In order for a course to appear on the landing page, the course must be online and featured.

You can customise which courses are displayed on your portal. For example, you may want to keep private or closed courses hidden, and public or live ones displayed on the landing page.

Follow the steps below to select courses to be displayed:

Go to Institution Marketing > Landing Page.

Write the section title and blurb.

Select which courses you would like displayed in the portal by clicking the + next to its title.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Landing Page.

The Your Courses section displays for learners when they have enrolled in courses from your portal. This is useful when you have a number of courses in your portal, to help learners quickly navigate to their courses.

Go to Institution Marketing > Landing Page.

Decide whether to hide, display or move the Your Courses block, as well as set the title and blurb.

Hi there - can I please know why the featured courses are not showing on my institute's landing page? These featured courses are not in public and are still under development, but it would be nice to show them on the landing page.

By the way, I have added them via the landing page settings following the above guide, but they are still not showing on the page.

Spice Wang Hi Spice! In addition to adding a course as "Featured" as per the above guide, a course must also be online to appear on the landing page. If your course isn't ready for the learners yet, not a problem. You can still turn the course online, but keep the class closed or set the starting date for the class sometime in the future. That way they will be able to see the course, its landing page, they will even be able to enrol, but not actually access the content.
