All of my videos would not load
hi! i’m very sorry to be here for the second time, but i tried on both web’s and app’s, and still none of my videos can be play :( i would not wish u to give me every single video as you did previously. is there any other possible way for me to load the videos? should i change its format? because it’s really not the connection as i can play the video you guys sent me from my last report. please :(
