Before export or import, please make sure the following has been done:

• The learners have completed/submitted their work, and the assessment reports have been released.

• Please make sure that you are able to see the Assessment tab in your course’s sidebar. The Assessment tab will appear to a Course Admin, Assessor and Assessment Designer.

How do I export learners' assessments results? 

Step 1

Go to Assessment > Assess Learners.

Step 2

On this page, you will find a table listing all your learners organised by their reports. Click on the Export button above "Student Reports".

Step 3

Choose your export and file format. We recommend "Summary of results" for the simplest export format. Click Export.

 ProTip: You can also export in "Raw scores" if you wish to further scale and manipulate scores outside the platform. A "Raw scores" format also allows you to import adjusted scores from outside the platform. You can import adjusted scores back to the OpenLearning platform by using Import. The steps are below.

How do I import learners' assessments results? 

To import "Raw scores" results back to the OpenLearning platform, follow these steps:

Step 1

Go to Assessment > Assess Learners.

Step 2

Click the Import button.

 Step 3:

Locate the file on your computer or drag the file and click the Import button.

 Note: You can only import from a "Raw scores" format.

Step 4:

The file is successfully imported, and the updated assessment results are visible in the chart.
