Final Exam Submitted but Progress Stuck at 98% - Introduction to AI Literacy and Responsible Use
I'm following up on the issue I reported earlier regarding the Final Examination for Introduction to AI Literacy and Responsible Use.
Previously, I answered all the exam questions and submitted the exam, but instead of showing a result or confirmation, it redirected me straight to the course home page. When I checked my course progress, it was stuck at 98%, even though I had completed all the tasks/activities and the final exam. When I tried to access the exam again afterward, I got the message "Page unavailable - User has already finished the exam."
I can now access the exam again, but I'm running into a new problem: I'm unable to submit my exam answers at all. The submission simply doesn't go through.
