  I was able to check the course and it seems that, this course does not offer a certificate through OpenLearning. The course might offer a certificate outside of OpenLearning. To find out, you can contact the course creators directly. You can do so by leaving a comment within the course or sending them a message through their profile page (if they have private messaging turned on.)
