Audio files will not save in Play Audio File widget

As a course administrator, I can upload an audio file in the Play Audio File widget but the audio file will not save. The message "File uploaded" pops up, but upon selecting the Done button, the error message "Timed out while trying to save" appears. The result is that I cannot include audio content in my course. This bug was replicated by  Brooke Hahn in another course.

      Brooke Hahn Thank you very much. Some of my sound files have now appeared on my course even though they apparently wouldn't save.
