Unable to upload files

I am unable to upload activity files. The issue is the same for any type of file and I have tried with doc, ppt and text.

    Hi Deepa, can you please share the link to the page you're having the issue with? Also, what happens when you try to upload the file? Do you get some kind of error message? If you can share the screenshot of it, that would be fantastic!

    Today, I give an assignment to my student using SPSS, which in the end the students should upload their SPSS data (.sav) file. But the uploading process never complete, even when I replace the Post File widget with Share Anything widget and choose File for Allowed Share Types setup.

    What should I do?

      Yuni Prihadi Utomo Hi Yuni, please make sure that the filename contains only English letters and numbers, and try again. If that doesn't solve the issue, please send us the link to the page you're referring to, and we'll investigate further.

      Hi,

      Every student will upload the SPSS data file using file name Data 5-1.sav. The .sav extention automatically generated by SPSS. Is it a problem?

      For the time being, I have instructed a procedure to print the data, so it can be upload using .pdf format. And it works well.

      Hi Yuni, we're not familiar with any issues with .sav files, however, it is possible. Can you send such a file for further testing?

      Post File widget seems will always try to show the content of any file uploaded, so if the file not the kind that it can display, the file will be rejected. It would be great if the file just treated as an attachment that can be downloaded.

      Saharina Binti Abu Omar Hi! Unfortunately, I'm not able to replicate the issue. Is the file you're trying to upload on your desktop? Perhaps that will help - save it to your desktop and then upload it to the platform.

      Can you give that a try?

    Yes its from my laptop.

    Gallery shows is complete but still (3/4 - completion)
