Unable to Complete U3.L18

I completed U3.L18, but the system is not recognizing this.  Please advise.

    Hi Maria, thanks for reporting this!  It looks like one of the widget on this page was not configured correctly, we have informed the course creator to fix this and we'll let you know once this has been resolved.
