PDF preview unavailable

Hi, so I've been uploading a certain pdf file on my module but for some reason, the preview for the pdf file isn't showing. Below is a link to the module.

    Hi Rozinah! Could you try changing the file name so that it has no symbols (only letters) and then uploading it again?

    This might solve the problem.
