Police check

I just got a Police check through another company a few days ago ($50) & how do i upload certificate to my profile? Thanks o:

    OpenLearning provides the learning platform for organisations and individuals to teach their courses. If you have any platform or technical issues, you can always ask us! 

     

    But for course-specific and content-related queries, they would need to be answered by the course facilitator. You could either comment within the course for the facilitator to reply, or you could send them a direct message on their profile page if they have chat enabled.

    Still confused, i am in the Mad Paws pet sitter website, through openlearning? There is no option to upload a certificate, even though the course states that you can add & change things etc.  So in essence, i joined, passed their course, got their cert. & now having trouble on the uploading issue, not sure if that helps but hope you can point me in the right direction,, thank you!  O:
