Unable to download certificate

I completed this far on 1 &2 and it won't let me download the certificate. It won't let me go any further

    Hi Lindsey, thanks for reaching out. I checked your profile and confirmed that you have yet to complete the last 2 activities under the Harassment and Discrimination module. However, I have also confirmed that the course does not offer a Certificate after completion. Let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with. Thank you.

      Ronald Silvosa it won't go past these screens they are froze there and I watched the for the 3 hours that was required, so how can I complete the course when it won't go past these screens?
