Video playback error

I seem to be having trouble with my video playback as every time I press pause or to move the slider, it reverts the video back to 00.00 . This has resulted in a lot of issues whereby I watch a lecture till around the hour mark and hit pause and it will reset the video completely without the ability to move the slider back to where I left off.

    So far these 2 have issues. I have yet to check the rest of the recordings.

    Hi Kuan, thank you for providing the links. I tested all the videos and they work well on my end.

    Could you please try to play them again in the latest version of Chrome using incognito browser window?

    That might solve the issue.

    You could also try a different browser or device, as it seems something on your computer is interfering with the platform.

    Please give it a try and let me know how it goes.

    Thank you for the quick response. I have followed your advice and tried microsoft edge on my computer and tried using my phone as well, however I am still experiencing the same issue.

    Hi, I am facing this problem too and tried to solve this following your instruction. Unfortunately, it still not work. My course video lecture and tutorial almost have this problem 3 out of 10 videos.
