Module not showing as completed when all videos have been watched twice

Hi there,

Just looking for some assistance please - I have just completed all components of a course, however I am unable to completely 'finish' as it keeps telling me that ONE video (which I have now watched multiple times) has not been completed.

I have gone back over the module and am 100% certain that everything has been completed! Everything else has the green tick, just not this module. Can you help please?
