I've lost my device with the authenticator app installed. How do I set up MFA on my new device?
If you are already logged in to the platform
Step 1
Go to your Account settings.
Step 3
Turn off MFA using the Emergency Recovery Key that you have saved previously.
Follow the instructions on how to turn off MFA here.
Step 4
Enable MFA again on your new device and authenticator app. Follow instructions on how to set up MFA here.
If you are not logged in
Step 1
On the log-in pop-up, enter your username and password.
Step 2
On the "Confirm your identity" pop-up, click on Can't access authenticator.
Step 3
Enter your Emergency Recovery Key that you've saved in a safe place when you initially set up MFA . This confirms your identity.
Emergency Recovery Key is case-sensitive!
Step 4
A new Emergency Recovery Key is created for you. Save it in a secure location.
Step 5
Go to your Account settings.
Step 6
Turn off MFA using the new Emergency Recovery Key created from Step 4.

Set up MFA again on your new device and authenticator app. Follow instructions on how to set up MFA here.
