The course administrator has reached their plan limit for the maximum number of learners. 

Our partnerships team are reaching out to them to see if they would like to upgrade their plan, which would allow for more enrolments.

The Join now button on the course landing page will work if they upgrade their plan - until then, the course is not allowing new enrolments.
