I have had a look for you at the above-mentioned course. 
Introduction to Entrepreneurship by UTS has not been made available with a Certificate to be issued upon completion by the Course Admin.
Some courses on OpenLearning offer certificates and some don't. This depends on the teacher/institution running the course. You can usually find out whether or not a certificate is available through the course landing page.
