Unable to enter course that someone has enrolled me in
I received an email inviting me to an online course but my account keeps sending me this error message
The administrator of the account has registered me. Could you look into this? And could you add the email "firstname.lastname@example.org" to my account? Your platform is behaving oddly at this point.

I know my account has been verified but I'm unable to re-list my second email in my account - [email redacted]. Could you help me with that? The back story was I had an issue with signing up using my second email - it always comes back with an error message and my password is not recognised. That's why I deleted it from account in the first place and now I can't add it back. It's just a mess at this point.
